RETREAT DAY

SEASONAL RETREATS FOR SELF AND SOUL CARE

WHO NEEDS A DAY AWAY?

We ALL do! Our lives are really full in both beautiful and stretching ways. We noticed personally we have a hard time getting away for a two or three day retreat (and still think those are important rhythms). We want to bring together our favorite elements of retreats and maybe improve on a few things?!?

We love the contemplative time that retreats offer to check back in with our souls. We love connecting with others and being inspired by their lives and stories. We love creating art out of a place of rest and feeling nourished.

Retreat Day hosts seasonal retreats centered around the rhythms of nature. Connection, contemplation and creative expression are the pillars explored during this six hour experience. Located in a private artist’s home in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles, retreats are curated with local food gems and thoughtful gifts - leaving you feeling full and delighted!

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

“Exactly what I expected and more. It felt so good in my soul to be welcome into a beautiful space and able to feel safe enough to share my heart and be seen and understood. It was so fulfilling to also listen to other women and hear their life experience and know that I am not alone. The food was delicious, the space peaceful, the art a chance to be childlike and create something beautiful.”

— TESSA B.

“Peaceful, grounding. One of those most nurturing and fulfilling experiences I’ve had recently and maybe ever. I think this is such a healing and worthwhile experience - the care you put into providing food and beverage and the exercises. It all flowed so beautifully and felt so rich and luxurious. So grateful!”

— MARGOT COGGINS
